Ein Hof mit Geschichte vor den Toren Nürnbergs - das ist der Bioland-Gemüsehof Volland in Neunhof. Seit 2003 ist der Hof im Besitz von Ursula Volland. Mit ihrer Lebensgefährtin Christiane Wilde entschied sie sich 2013 ökologischen Landbau nach Bioland Richtlinien zu betreiben. Ursula und Christiane sind mit Leib und Seele Gemüse-Profis und waren von Juli 2017 bis 2019 Teil der Nürnberg Solawi-Initiative Stadt, Land, Beides.
